The export gate is explicit: items selected, formats included, output location. If something is missing, it says which requirement is unmet.

Some older Revit releases do not expose every export API. Where a format is unavailable on a given host, MySheets says so in the interface instead of failing silently at the end of a run.

How does offline machine-bound activation work?
MySheets generates a unique, anonymous Machine ID from hardware fingerprints without transmitting personal data. You simply provide the Machine ID to receive a digitally signed RSA-2048 activation code. No active internet connection or account sign-in is required in your Revit workstation environment.
Do I need AutoCAD installed to export DWGs?
Standard DWG/DXF batch export runs completely inside Revit and requires no external software. If you enable External Image Binding (to permanently embed referenced raster images directly into the DWG file structure), MySheets seamlessly invokes its embedded binder variant via AutoCAD/Civil 3D (2020 through 2027) in the background.
Can I export multiple formats in a single execution?
Yes! You can check any combination of PDF, DWG, DXF, DWF, DGN, IFC, NWC, and gbXML. MySheets runs the complete multi-format queue against your selected sheet set sequentially in one continuous run, reporting detailed progress and status for each file.
What happens if an exported file already exists in the target directory?
By default, MySheets protects existing documentation by skipping identical files and logging them in the completion report, preventing accidental overwriting. You can configure overwrite preferences directly in the export review settings.
Which Autodesk Revit versions are supported?
Revit 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026, and 2027 are fully supported. The single unified installer automatically detects all installed Revit instances on your system and places the appropriate native add-in payload into each version.
